  • Inspired from Rajastani Havalis

    Open all year.
Architectural inspiration from traditional Goan Portuguese to the castles and havelis of Rajasthan and beyond, the maharaja and maharani suites form a wing of the main house built from local laterite stone with high wooden beamed ceilings and clay tiled roofs. Antique reclaimed Rajasthani doors and village crafted traditional windows with shutters and furniture from recycled teak wood and railway sleepers.
  • Veranda Overlooks the Swimming Pool

Floors, beds and sofas are fashioned and hand molded in a contemporary Indo-Moroccan tadelakt style with smooth lines and softened corners. Double doors from each suite open onto a large shared veranda with swing bed, coffee tables and wicker chairs overlooking a private lawn and gardens to the paddy fields beyond. The private poolside terrace and shady kutir have the most spectacular sunrise views.
  • Lounge and Mezzanine Floors

Split level lounge/dressing room and corner sofa. Luxurious cushions and bolsters in khadi silks, organic cottons, natural bamboo and colourful saris. Plenty of light streams in through the many windows whilst the high ceilings, cross ventilation and fans keep the rooms cool during the hot season.
  • En Suite Bathrooms

Bathrooms are sculpted, shaped and rounded with a sunken bath for two and a rain shower with plenty of hot water from the sun. The mezzanine is up a curved iron staircase in the eaves with a futon bed for a third guest.
  • Maid Service

Serviced daily with fresh flowers and evening turn down, natural soaps, towels and robes changed as often as required.
